Corporate Integrity Pledge 2024

The Integrity and Governance Unit of Perak Corporation Berhad (Perak Corp) organised the Corporate Integrity Pledge Ceremony at Hotel Casuarina@Meru in December 2024. This event reinforced the commitment of the entire Perak Corp Group, including the Board of Directors, top management and employees, to uphold and practice the five principles of integrity outlined in the Corporate Integrity Pledge and the Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) 2022-2024.

The Chairman of the Perak Corp Board of Directors, YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, opened the event with a welcoming speech honouring the distinguished guest, YBhg. Dato’ TPj Ahmad Sabri Mohamed, Director of the State Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). Dato’ Ahmad Sabri then delivered a talk titled ‘Current Challenges in Addressing Corruption Issues in Government-Linked Companies’ and officially inaugurated the ceremony.

The event continued with the integrity pledge recital and the signing of the pledge by the Perak Corp Board of Directors, symbolising their dedication to the values of integrity.
