PKNPk Group Media Appreciation Night 2024

Themed ‘Go for Gold’, the PKNPk Group Media Appreciation Night 2024 was held on 23rd December, 2024, at Hotel Casuarina@Meru as a gesture of gratitude to the state’s media partners for their unwavering support in promoting news of PKNPk Group’s initiatives.

The vibrant event welcomed over 100 guests, including media representatives, who enjoyed a sumptuous BBQ and Western cuisine. The evening was further enlivened by engaging activities, including a karaoke competition, a pop quiz, ‘Best Dressed’ awards, and exciting lucky draw sessions. 

The ‘Best Dressed’ award winners were Amirrul Robbani (MG Perak) and Salmi Ahmad (TV3), each taking home a cash prize of RM500. Encik Shaarani from the YAB Chief Minister of Perak’s Office won the karaoke competition, earning a cash prize of RM350. The lucky draw offered prizes such as a Samsung Galaxy Tab, iPad, electrical appliances, and hotel vouchers sponsored by Perak Corp, Digital Perak, PIRSB, and KUDR.

YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, Chief Executive of PKNPk, also presented the ‘Most Supportive Media’ incentive to BERNAMA Perak for achieving the highest number of news coverages in 2024, with 30 published stories. The RM5,000 incentive was awarded to BERNAMA Perak’s representatives.
