BANDAR MERU RAYA – Perak Corp Nature Foundation (PCNF) in collaboration with the Malaysian SWCorp organized a Recycling Education Program at SK Jati, Meru Ipoh. This program is one of the social responsibility program in fostering and maintaining the spirit of loving the environment among schoolchildren.
The program for the day included lectures, workshops and creative activities. PCNF sponsored a total of 10 kinds of herbs to the Herb Garden Corner SK Jati in order to bring more students close to values and importance in maintaining the environment.
The ceremony was officiated by YB Dato’ Nasarudin Bin Hashim, Chairman of Perak Corporation Berhad. Also present was YB Tuan Haji Mohammad Ziad Bin Dato’ Haji Mohamed Zainal Abidin, Member of the State Legislative Assembly for Manjoi, Puan Hajjah Che Halijah Binti Yahya, Headmistress SK Jati and Encik Mohd Azhar Bin Md Poad, vice SWCorp.
