The 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Perak Corporation Berhad
The 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Perak Corporation Berhad (Perak Corp) was held at Hotel Casuarina @ Meru recently.
The meeting was chaired by YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq Abdul Razak, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Perak Corporation Berhad. The AGM was also attended by members of the Board of Directors, shareholders and stakeholders of Perak Corp.
Perak Corp Group Chief Executive Officer, En Rosmin Mohamed presented the financial and activity report for the year 2023 of Perak Corp and group of companies.
